JNTUH Students Grievance – JNTUH Academic Audit Cell: The University is in receipt of various grievances from students of Affiliated Colleges / Institutions on various issues.

In this connection, to provide redressal of the grievances and strengthen the grievance redressal mechanism, the University has initiated online grievance redressal service in the University Academic Audit Cell Portal i.e., www.jntuhaac.in.
Students can raise the following issues: Non conduct of classwork, Fake certificates, Collecting extra fee, Demanding tuition fee if discontinued in the middle, non-availability of faculty members, admission related issues, gender discrimination / abuse / harassment, Lack of facilities, with holding the certificates.
Students have to attach a PDF file as a proof if any. A ticket will be generated for the issue and for further correspondence and can track the status of your Grievance at the same portal.
NOTE: The Student has to submit genuine and correct details. The grievance will be attended to, only when the details of grievance and applicant are genuine.
The students can also represent their grievances at the new section available in Academic Audit Cell Portal named “STUDENT CORNER” and further they can view the updates relevant to student community from time to time.
However, it is to inform that the College Management / Administration are advised to be proactive and take responsibility to resolve the grievances raised by their faculty members and students at the College / Institute level itself.
