It is to inform that, some principals of Pharm.D colleges are requesting to postpone Pharm.D Examinations as B.Pharm Examinations are already scheduled from 31.10.2020 for II-II & III-II and 16.11.2020 for I-II
It becomes difficult to handle both B.Pharm & Pharm.D student at the same time in this COVID-19 pandemic situation, if Pharm.D examinations are also scheduled from 09.11.2020.
Considering the request, Pharm.D examinations are postponed and the notifications issued for Pharm.D I, II & III years and Pharm.b (P.B) I Year, dated 22,10.2020 remain cancelled
New notifications will be issued later, The Principals are requested to inform the same to the students.

Teaching and Learning: Instructional Methodology
- Blended Learning with 1/3rd strength (programmes) on the college campus and in hostels:
- A period of 10-day classroom instruction- an overview of 2 or 3 units i.e. 1/3rd of the syllabus will be covered
- Facilitate instruction as per available infrastructural facilities:
- If the class strength is high, it can be divided into 2 groups and staggered time-table is followed
- The same can be followed for laboratory work
Division of Programme:
Classroom instruction is provided to overcome the problems of internet and other technical glitches
After completion of 10 days of instruction:
• students of that batch will leave the campus and hostels
• Complete learning material and assignments are to be given for next 20 days on monitored online on a day-to-day basis
• Online classes will be facilitated throughout the semester to ensure access to students who are unable to attend classroom instruction
When students are at home active teaching-learning process should be ensured through WhatsApp groups, Google Classrooms, free video-conference facilities.
Detailed video / audio lectures shall be uploaded on the college website
Evaluation through Assignments/Quizzes, etc. are to be administered through email or Google Classroom to the students for the next 20 days
Student attendance to be recorded and monitored

After opening HEIs: At Entry Gate
• Mandatory hand hygiene and thermal screening provisions
• Only asymptomatic persons to be allowed in the premises; Symptomatic persons to be
referred to the nearest health center
• Posters/standees on preventive measures about COVID-19 to be displayed prominently
• Following physical distancing norms in parking lots, corridors and elevators
• Entry of visitors should be strictly regulated
After opening HEIs: Conduct of activities within the campus
• Seating arrangements ensuring distance of 6 feet between chairs/desks
• Teaching faculty to ensure that everyone wear masks throughout the conduct of the
• Sharing of items (notebook, pens/pencil, water bottle etc.) amongst students not to be allowed
• In laboratories, maximum capacity per session based on redesigned spaces may be planned and scheduled
• Cafeteria/mess facility shall strictly ensure physical distancing. Staggered mess timetable shall be followed.
Students to be encouraged to use bicycles or reach college by walk
If transportation facility is provided by the institution, proper physical distancing, sanitization of buses/other transport vehicles (with 1% sodium hypochlorite) to be ensured
Staggered timings of commutation to be practice
Only 1/3rd accommodation to be filled
Single room accommodation needs to be provided. No crowding; common hall/room, TV rooms can be used for this purpose
Hostel accommodation is provided only to students who are attending the classes in institute
However, hostel students who reside 100 kms away from the institute shall be provided hostel facility for the entire semester.
Common areas: need to follow sanitization guidelines for washrooms and communal gathering in common areas will be suspended
Hostel rooms and room provisions will be sanitized periodically
Emergency protocol will be defined in case a student is found symptomatic or tested positive for COVID-19
Ensure regular counseling for students and faculty for addressing mental health issues such as anxiety and depression
Mentorship assignments should be put in place formally, and mentor-mentee discussions shall be recorded into an action plan and shared with the mentee
Faculty, counselors and/or mentors should work in unison to ensure emotional safety of the students
A detailed discussion was held on the action plan for Academic Calendar 2020-2021of Higher Education Institutions and the Chief Secretary gave the following key directions/suggestions regarding the opening of HEIs and the measures required to take to prevent the spread of COVD -19 :
Capacity building for teachers: conduct sessions with VCs and teachers and sensitize them regarding COVID-19
Each institutions should develop their own SoP
Task Force: A set of people should do random visits to institutions and observe preparedness,
safeguard measures and check the compliances
Precautionary measures for students who go back home after class in institution need to be specified; after reaching home they should wash hand, take a bath, wash clothes and masks and keep distance from vulnerable group.
Students should also create awareness among their neighbourhood regarding measures to prevent COVID-19
Mandatory rules should be enforced for students, teachers and staffs to wear face mask/cover
Rules regarding no congregation, no lingering, confine to 2 – 3 friends outside the classrooms needs to be enforced
Rules specific to hand washing should be enforced
Protocol needs to be developed for self-monitoring of health and reporting any illness at the earliest
Detailed directions regarding cleaning washrooms should be given to cleaning staff
The doors and windows of institutes should be kept open for better ventilation
Teachers should be advised to keep distance while teaching without mask
Encourage use of outdoor space for teaching

Many students have attempted the EAMCET 2020 exam and now they are in plan to select the best colleges based on their respective department.Here we are going provide details about Andhra Pradesh and Telangana EAMCET 2019college cutoff rankings.
So that students can have an idea to choose the list of college based on their ranks and reservations. So read every line clearly.
AP and TS EAMCET 2019 Cutoff Ranks and College Selection Details
TS EAMCET 2020 was conducted on September 9, 10, 11 and 14 for engineering and September 28 and 29 for Agriculture.As per statistics released by the authorities, 1,43,326 candidates had registered for TS EAMCET 2020 engineering and 1,19,183 candidates appeared out of which 89,734 qualified (75.29% ) for the exam.TS EAMCET results 2020 were declared on October 6.
A special TS EAMCET examination will be held for the examinees who were not able to appear in the exam earlier.The portal has cited an official notice to state that the special exam will be conducted only for the candidates who had tested positive in between 17 August, 2020 to 14 September, 2020.This ensures that it was because of the virus that the students were not able to sit for the TS EAMCET-2020 engineering stream.

FINAL PHASE (final phase selection of colleges):
The eligible candidates can attend for Certificate Verification in Final Phase, if they have not attended earlier and can exercise options.
Students who have participated in First Phase Counselling can also exercise options using their old password, Login ID, for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment as per the schedule mentioned above, and it is advised to exercise options for interested colleges only assuming that vacancies are available in the course of their choice.
Who can exercise options?
- Who have secured seat but not interested to join.
- Students who have not secured seat so far but got their certificates verified.
- Candidates have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified.
- Students you have secured a seat, self reported and aspiring for a better option.
- And any other eligible candidates.
1. Options given in the First Phase will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise option afresh.
2. Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment and paid the Tuition Fee through online and self reported through website need not exercise options once again.
However they have to report at the allotted college between 02-11-2020 and 05-11-2020 and register with Biometric for attendance at the college.
3. Candidates shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment.
PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING OPTIONS AS MENTIONED ABOVE.
Candidate has to exercise as many options as possible to avoid disappointment of not getting a seat.
FINAL PHASE ALLOTMENT OF SEATS:
The provisional Final Phase allotment of seats for will be placed in the website https://tseamcet.nic.in on 02-11-2020.
For downloading the candidate’s Provisional allotment order, enter the ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password and Date of Birth in candidate login in https://tseamcet.nic.in .
Pay the Tuition Fee mentioned in the Provisional allotment order through online (Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card) within the prescribed time. Self Report through website, report at the allotted college and register with Biometric for attendance in the college to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.
Candidates/ Parents are advised to make Tuition Fee payment from their own Bank Accounts. In case of refunds, if any, the amount will be remitted back through online into the same Bank Account from which the payment was made.
In candidate’s login, the candidate after Self Report through online system, the Admission Number will be generated. Take the printout and report at the finally allotted college on or before 05-11-2020 and register with Biometric for attendance at the college.
If the candidate does not pay the prescribed Tuition Fee within the schedule mentioned, the provisional allotted seat automatically stands cancelled and he / she shall not have any claim on the provisionally allotted seat.

The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) announced the AP Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test ( AP EAMCET) 2020 results on Saturday, October 10, 2020, at 10 am. Education Minister Adimulapu Suresh released the AP EAMCET results.
This year, a total of 156899 students appeared for engineering stream and 75830 students appeared for agriculture and pharmacy streams, out of which, 84.78% candidates qualified in engineering course, and 91.77% qualified in agriculture stream
